Over 15 years of operational management experience across various international corporates. Specializes in stock management, production improvement, timeline tracking, and cross-functional team coordination. Expertise spans from guest relations to quality assurance, with strong technical proficiency in MySQL, MS Access, JIRA, HP ALM, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SAP S4/HANA.

Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration (Management) from Governor's State University, Illinois, USA, plus graphic design and networking certification.

Currently at Knack Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Band 1 Software Engineer, specializing in SAP Commerce storefront development using Angular CLI.
